NanoSpark STEM-T T Cell Activator is a reagent available for immediate culture for the in vitro activation and proliferation of human T cells. NanoSpark STEM-T T Cell Activator is a self-assembling protein nanoparticle with anti-CD3 antibodies and anti-CD28 antibodies bound to its surface through high-affinity non-covalent interactions. The unique biophysical composition of the anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies present on the surface of the STEM-T nanoparticles induces strong primary and co-stimulatory signals that specifically activate and proliferate T cells, promoting the production of stem cell-like CD8+ T cells.
